"Let's be honest: we've all had a bad experience with a recruiter, a job that wasn't what it was cracked up to be, or a new hire who looked great on paper but just wasn't the right fit. I've experienced enough of that firsthand to believe there had to be a better way. That's why I started CQS.

I'm not your typical recruiter. I'm an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence with over a decade of experience in management, quality systems, and process improvement. I've led teams of 2 to 20 people, hired the people on those teams, and learned that building a great team takes a whole lot more than matching keywords on a résumé.

I believe the best hires happen when you look beyond the job description and get to know the people, the culture, and what actually makes a business tick. The right person in the right role can change everything — for a company, a team, and the individual who gets the opportunity.
